在僅有 18 坪的既有住宅中，我們重新審視空間配置，透過精準的格局規劃與細膩的設計手法，為屋主打造一處兼具獨立性與共享感的理想居所。這個設計不僅回應日常生活需求，更在有限面積裡展現空間美學與現代生活的平衡。

獨立與共享的平衡

​

為滿足雙方在生活與工作上的獨立需求，我們將原有的一房格局重新規劃，巧妙地劃分出第二間獨立房間。

• 隔間以大面玻璃窗設計，確保空間的明亮與開闊，同時維持視覺通透感。

• 搭配可收納式窗簾，在需要隱私或專注時，能輕鬆轉換氛圍。

此規劃在「獨立」與「共享」之間取得最佳平衡，使夫妻雙方的日常既能擁有專屬空間，也能保持緊密連結。

餐廚空間的延伸

​

餐廳被重新定位為家庭生活的核心，並依循屋主對料理與咖啡沖煮的熱情，進行空間放大與機能整合：

• 中島設計：成為餐廚區的視覺焦點，同時兼具備餐與交流的多重用途。

• 電器櫃系統：提升收納效率，讓料理與品味咖啡的日常更加流暢。

藉由餐廚空間的深化，居住者不僅能在其中獲得功能性，更能享受充滿儀式感的生活體驗。

智慧科技的融入

​

在美感之外，設計亦導入智慧科技，讓生活便利性全面升級：

• 智慧燈具系統：可依時間與作息自動調整光線，營造適合不同情境的氛圍。

• 電動窗簾：隨時一鍵掌控採光，兼具便利與優雅。

• 掃地機器人自動上下水系統：徹底解決繁瑣的補水與排水問題，讓清潔工作更加無負擔。

這些設計細節，讓居住者在日常生活中真正體驗到「科技帶來的理想生活」。

整體以白色與木色為主色調，傳遞乾淨、溫潤且具自然感的基底氛圍。

An Ideal Living Space for Two: Subtle Sophistication Within Simplicity

In this compact 18-ping (approx. 64 sqm) existing residence, we re-evaluated the spatial layout to craft an ideal home that balances privacy and togetherness. Through precise spatial planning and refined design techniques, we created a residence that not only fulfills everyday functional needs but also embodies spatial aesthetics and the harmony of modern living within a limited footprint.

Balancing Privacy and Togetherness

​

To accommodate the couple’s individual needs for living and working independently, we reconfigured the original one-bedroom layout to cleverly incorporate a second private room.

Large glass partitions maintain a sense of openness and brightness while preserving visual continuity across spaces.

Retractable curtains offer flexibility—allowing for a seamless shift between openness and privacy, depending on the moment’s needs.

This thoughtful configuration strikes the perfect balance between "independence" and "connection," enabling each partner to enjoy personal space without compromising their sense of closeness.

Expanding the Dining and Kitchen Space

​

The dining area was repositioned as the central hub of the home, reflecting the owners' passion for cooking and hand-brewed coffee. The space was expanded and its functions integrated to maximize both utility and enjoyment:

• Island Design: Serves as a visual anchor for the kitchen and dining zone, supporting both meal preparation and social interaction.

• Built-in Appliance Cabinetry: Enhances storage efficiency, streamlining the daily routines of cooking and coffee-making.

By enriching the dining and kitchen area, the design goes beyond functionality to offer residents a lifestyle infused with a sense of ritual and pleasure.

Integration of Smart Technology

Beyond aesthetics, smart technology is seamlessly incorporated to elevate everyday convenience:

• Smart Lighting System: Automatically adjusts lighting based on time and routines, tailoring the atmosphere for various scenarios.

• Motorized Curtains: Provide effortless light control at the touch of a button, combining ease with elegance.

• Automated Water System for Robot Vacuum: Eliminates the hassle of manual water refills and drainage, making cleaning tasks truly effortless.
