簡單舒適，卻又不失精緻與氣度的美好日常風景

當時間在屋齡40年的空間中留下痕跡，我們選擇以細膩的設計語彙，為一家四口重新譜寫家的樣貌。本案為一50坪、4房2廳2衛浴的中古住宅，我們以「溫潤質感 × 精緻格局」為核心，重新構築適合現代生活的全新空間。

空間主調選用沉穩的木質語彙，搭配柔光大理石電視牆，訂製的茶几、餐桌與餐椅在柔和光影之中勾勒出內斂卻不失氣度的家居氛圍。間接照明延伸至天花與櫃體，溫柔渲染日常場景，為生活注入層次美感。

因應屋主的機能需求與風水考量，格局經縝密調整，包含廚房空間移位、臥室門口方向、床頭方向、神像位置等等相關細節，融合進本次的設計。

客廳區域則擴大尺度，85吋大電視也能從容安放，在開闊的客廳中；家族聚會、彼此談天說地、孩童奔跑嬉鬧，都是我們的日常風景。玄關櫃兼具收納與空間分界功能，整合大量鞋櫃、背面的收納櫃與掃地機器人藏匿空間，實用之餘不見雜亂。

開放式廚房以白色長虹玻璃拉門區隔，兼顧視覺通透與實用性；廚房檯面與防濺板選用洞石質地之鈦鋼石檯面，不僅耐用不吃色，更讓整個廚房空間更具質感。另設有吊隱式冷氣與控制式風管閘門，確保烹飪時氣流舒適，未使用時節能高效。因應經常與親友共聚餐敘，餐廳特別規劃可加長、容納10人的變型餐桌，並將天花挑高設計，搭配圓弧線條與圓形吊燈，創造大器而不失溫度的聚會氛圍。

主臥選用繃布軟包背牆搭配間接光源，營造寧靜而有質感的休憩氛圍，衣櫃中更貼心設有污衣收納區，維持日常整潔。兩間兒童房依照成長需求規劃完整的書桌與收納展示櫃，陪伴孩子每一段成長旅程。 從整體格局、材質選配到光氛營造，我們用設計為一家人的日常，打造一座充滿溫度、細節與格局的理想居所。

A Beautiful Everyday Landscape — Simple, Comfortable, Yet Refined and Gracious

When time leaves its mark on a 40-year-old residence, we respond with thoughtful design language to compose a new chapter of home for a family of four. This 165-square-meter apartment, comprising four bedrooms, two living areas, and two bathrooms, was reimagined with a focus on warm textures and refined spatial planning to meet the needs of modern living.

The design embraces a calm and earthy palette centered around warm wood tones, complemented by a luxurious marble feature wall in the living room. Custom-designed furniture—including the coffee table, dining table, and dining chairs—adds a tailored elegance. Indirect lighting integrated into the ceiling and cabinetry softly layers the space, enriching daily life with gentle illumination.

In response to the owners’ lifestyle and feng shui beliefs, the layout was carefully adjusted. Details such as the relocation of the kitchen, reorientation of bedroom doors, bedhead placement, and positioning of family altars were thoughtfully incorporated into the design.

The living room was expanded to accommodate a large 85-inch television without feeling overwhelming. It is a space for family gatherings, lively conversations, and the joyful energy of children at play—capturing the essence of everyday living.

The entryway cabinet serves dual purposes: offering ample storage for shoes and household items while also creating a subtle transition between the living and dining areas. Its rear side cleverly houses a utility cabinet and a tucked-away robot vacuum station, ensuring both function and tidiness.

The open kitchen is framed with white fluted glass sliding doors, maintaining spatial openness while effectively containing cooking fumes. A concealed ceiling-mounted air conditioning system with a controllable duct damper ensures the kitchen and dining area remain cool during meal preparation, yet energy-efficient when not in use.

Understanding the importance of social gatherings, the dining area features a custom-made, extendable table that seats up to ten guests. The ceiling was raised and shaped with soft curves and indirect lighting, paired with a simple yet elegant circular pendant lamp to create a bright and inviting dining atmosphere.

In the master bedroom, a fabric-wrapped headboard with ambient lighting sets a tranquil and luxurious mood. The wardrobe includes a dedicated area for used clothing, offering a practical solution for separating worn garments from clean ones. The two children’s rooms are each equipped with ample storage, display shelving, and study desks—designed to adapt to the children’s growth and evolving needs.

From layout restructuring and material selection to the orchestration of lighting and ambiance, this home is a testament to how thoughtful design can enrich everyday life—transforming a decades-old residence into a warm, refined, and functional sanctuary for the family.
