別具特色的材質與顏色 創造不同以往的公廁想像

空間設計理念

 

本次公共廁所改造以「乾淨、明亮、現代感」為核心，透過簡約而溫潤的設計語彙，翻轉過往對於公共廁所昏暗、陳舊的刻板印象。整體以柔和的粉色系與溫潤木質搭配灰色水磨石色樣牆面，營造明亮卻不失溫度的氛圍，讓使用者在進入空間時即可感受到清新與安心。

 

動線與分區

 

入口處以簡潔明確的標示區分男女廁，搭配弧形拱門及柔和的窗簾元素，賦予空間親切感。動線規劃清晰，避免動線交錯，並充分考量無障礙需求，設置符合標準的進出口與使用空間，確保所有人都能便利進出。

 

隱私與舒適性

 

男女廁所皆採用高隔間設計，木質門片結合黑色五金，展現簡約俐落的質感。每一間隔間皆保有足夠的隱私高度，並搭配良好的照明設計，避免壓迫感，使整體氛圍更加放鬆。 洗手與設備區域 洗手區使用一體成型的人造石檯面水槽，搭配不鏽鋼龍頭，線條簡潔俐落，便於清潔與維護。大面積鏡面增加視覺延伸感，使空間顯得更加寬敞。牆面水磨石色樣，更為整體設計增添現代質感。

 

照明與色彩

 

天花板設置間接燈光，均勻散射的光源讓空間明亮且不刺眼。粉橘色的主色調搭配灰色水磨石與木質元素，營造溫暖又具層次感的視覺效果，跳脫傳統公共廁所冷硬的印象，轉化為兼具美感與舒適的公共設施。

 

無障礙與友善設計

 

特別設置無障礙通道與對應廁間，考量不同使用者的需求，確保空間的友善性與包容性。這樣的設計不僅符合現代公共建築規範，也體現對使用者的尊重與關懷。

Distinctive Materials and Colors Redefining the Public Restroom Experience

Design Concept

This public restroom renovation is centered around the core values of cleanliness, brightness, and modernity. Through a design language that is both minimal and warm, it overturns the common perception of public restrooms as dark and outdated. The space integrates soft pink tones with warm wood finishes and gray terrazzo-patterned walls, creating an atmosphere that is bright yet inviting, allowing users to feel refreshed and at ease upon entering.

Circulation and Zoning

At the entrance, clear and concise signage distinguishes the men’s and women’s restrooms. Arch-shaped doorways paired with soft curtains introduce a welcoming and approachable character to the space. Circulation has been carefully planned to avoid overlaps, while accessibility standards are fully considered with barrier-free entries and appropriately designed facilities to ensure convenience for all users.

Privacy and Comfort

Both men’s and women’s restrooms feature high-partition stalls, with wooden doors paired with matte black hardware, creating a sleek and refined appearance. Each stall maintains sufficient privacy height and is complemented by well-designed lighting, eliminating any sense of oppression and offering a more relaxed atmosphere overall.

Washbasin and Fixtures

The washbasin area features an integrated solid-surface countertop with stainless steel faucets, emphasizing clean lines that are easy to maintain. A large mirror enhances the sense of spatial depth, making the area feel more open. The terrazzo-patterned walls add a modern touch, elevating the overall design aesthetic.

Lighting and Color Palette

Indirect ceiling lighting provides evenly diffused illumination that is bright but never harsh. The primary palette of soft coral-pink, complemented by gray terrazzo and wood elements, creates a warm yet layered visual experience. This design moves away from the cold and rigid impression of traditional public restrooms, transforming the space into one that is both aesthetic and comfortable.

 

Accessibility and Inclusive Design
Dedicated barrier-free pathways and accessible stalls are thoughtfully incorporated, ensuring the space accommodates users with diverse needs. This approach not only complies with modern public building standards but also embodies a spirit of inclusivity and care for all individuals.​
