自然與溫潤的簡約個人空間

 

在本次室內設計案例中，我們對一間3房1廳的新成屋進行了格局調整。原本的格局包括客廳、廚房、主臥、次臥及儲藏室，過多的空間分隔使得住宅空間顯得狹窄。為了提升空間感，我們拆除了廚房和儲藏室之間的牆面，將原本獨立的儲藏室改為一整排收納櫃，這樣不僅減少了走道空間的浪費，還有效地將廚房與客廳連接，達到公共區域空間感的連貫。

考慮到本案位於潮濕的基隆，我們特別針對潮濕問題選擇適當的建材與櫃體設計。漆料選用了礦物漆，能有效調節空間內的濕度。櫃體的上下方設置了透氣孔，搭配櫃內的加溫除濕棒，藉由熱對流保持櫃體內部乾燥。此外，業主偏好實木製品的質感，因此在櫃體門面、牆面飾條等細部上選用了實木，並使用環保木蠟進行塗裝，不僅具有自然質感，還能調節空間濕度。天花板則採用統一高度設計，配合客廳的大圓弧轉角及冷氣盒的跳色細節，使整體天花板在簡約中展現層次感。

整體設計以白色系為主，擴大空間感，並搭配低彩度的實木門片、裝飾條、百葉窗及木地板，營造出溫潤宜人的氛圍。

In this interior design project, we made adjustments to the layout of a new 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment. The original layout consisted of a living room, kitchen, master bedroom, secondary bedroom, and storage room. The excessive spatial divisions created a sense of confinement in the home. To enhance the spatial perception, we removed the walls between the kitchen and the storage room, converting the independent storage room into a continuous row of storage cabinets. This not only minimized wasted hallway space but also connected the kitchen with the living room, creating a seamless flow in the public areas.

Given that the project is located in the humid city of Keelung, we carefully selected materials and cabinetry to address moisture concerns. The paint used is mineral-based, which helps regulate the humidity within the space. The upper and lower parts of the cabinets feature ventilation holes, and we also installed dehumidifying and warming rods inside the cabinets to promote heat circulation and keep the interiors dry. Additionally, the owner prefers the quality of solid wood, so we chose solid wood for the cabinet fronts and wall trim. The wood is finished with eco-friendly wax, which also helps regulate the humidity in the space. The ceiling adopts a uniform height design, complemented by the large curved corners of the living room and the contrasting details of the air conditioning box, which adds a layered visual effect to the otherwise minimalist ceiling.

The overall design utilizes a white color scheme to expand the sense of space, complemented by low-saturation solid wood doors, trim, blinds, and wooden flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
